Since 1828, it has been one of the finest chocolate makers in the Vienne region. In this red and black setting, like a waterfall, chocolate flows freely. Alexandre Gely, a member of the famous Relais Desserts association which brings together the greatest names in French pastry and chocolate-making, delights us with his creations. Compose an assortment of chocolates with original pralines and ganaches, or opt for macaroons in a variety of flavors. On one wall, Fink has designed a library of chocolate bars to help us learn more about chocolate and the various aromas of the bean. In the window, delicious pastries delight the taste buds.
