EPI DE LA PIERRE ROUGE
The two brothers Jérémie and Jean-Marc Sergent have always been involved in organic farming and have taken over the farm (Earl Vent d'Ouest) created by their father. Today they produce cereals which they transform on the spot into flours, then into breads. True farmers millers, the flours, marketed under the brand "L'épi de la pierre rouge", are ground with a stone millstone. The breads are then made with natural leaven and cooked on a wood fire. They offer beautiful balls, but also special breads, brioches and cakes.
