Cooked to the minute! This is the ethic of this family-run restaurant, proclaimed loud and clear on the menu. Admittedly, this requirement implies a bit of waiting, but it guarantees dishes of the utmost freshness, in keeping with the chef's respect for his craft. Raw produce is sourced as far as possible from local farms, and the wheat used in the galettes is organic. The pleasure is long-lasting, as the galettes, pinsas and pizzas (tomato or cream-based) are generously topped. In summer, take advantage of the terrace to make room for the caramel crepe. A real treat!
