DOMAINE DE LA CHENAIE
Created in 1991, this vineyard is located in the southern part of the Bouble gorges. 4,000 vines per hectare.
This is the southernmost estate in the AOC Saint-Pourçain appellation. Since 1991, the Bonnet family has farmed, from father to son, 2.5 hectares of pinot noir and gamay, chardonnay and tressallier vines on clay-limestone soils. Stéphane produces reds, whites, rosés and sparkling wines. Since 2014, in mid-October, the estate has organized the Automnales: guided tour of the cellars, exhibition of wine-making equipment with the presence of winegrowing brotherhoods, Les Fins Palais de Saint-Pourçain-en-Bourbonnais and Les Compagnons de la Ficelle.
