Alexia and Nicolas are installed since 2013 on the place of Civray. Companions of the Taste, they defend their know-how and select quality products. Artisan butcher, Nicolas works on the spot of the Limousin and the lamb of Poitou. If the sausages, the pâté marmite, and the excellent farci of their neighbor Le Farci Poitevin, have the wind in their sails, the dishes of Alexia and their daughter are also very appreciated. They include both classic and exotic recipes. Alexia's Tahitian origins are undoubtedly a contributing factor.
