Petit bémol pour les oreillers => à revoir pour des neufs et gonflés car ils sont beaucoup trop plat !
Gros problème : pas d'explications concernant le petit-déjeuner lors de notre arrivée...après avoir lu le flyer, je suis allée à l'accueil pour les viennoiseries du lendemain. Surprise, j'avais tout en double. En allant à la réception pour redonner les clés pour la fin de séjour, on me facture les viennoiseries alors qu'elles sont censées être incluse dans le forfait. L'explication que l'on me donne : "la stagiaire n'a pas du comprendre" et la réceptionniste m'indique me faire un prix.... sauf qu'au moment de payer, aucune remise ! Je n'apprécie pas...
