Ik zag dit extreem hoge bedrag te laat (net na m’n boeking) en heb gevraagd of ik mocht annuleren (dit was binnen 12 uur), gezien ik 2 mini honden heb die slapen in een tas en 1 grotere. Dan vind ik €90 op een boeking van al €100 best veel.
Echter dit mocht niet meer.
Ik snap heel goed dat er extra (schoonmaak) kosten gerekend worden met een huisdier, maar dan mag je voor dat bedrag ook verachten dat de kamer schoon is. Dit was niet het geval.
Ook stond er voor die €30,00 per hond, niet eens een water bakje of iets.
Ik ben dus zeer ontevreden.
Ik snap dat regels regels zijn, maar dit is het niet waard. Ik sliep in de cabins.
4x per jaar rij ik naar Portugal op en neer, dit hotel wordt geen stop meer in ieder geval.
Ik vind slechte recensies nooit zo netjes. Ik vind dat je het eerst op moet proberen te lossen per mail of met het bedrijf zelf, maar daar was dus geen ruimte voor.
Positief; Zeer aardige mensen achter de balie.

We apologize for the inconvenience experienced regarding the pet policy in our property.
We understand that the amount appears excessive, however kindly note that generally, each hotel property has its own pet policy, and in our property, we add an additional fee for each pet, and this is written on each booking website.
Our housekeeping teams must do a deep clean to ensure any future guests who are allergic to animals are not caused any discomfort due to an allergic reaction.
Regarding the reservation, for our guest comfort, we have set up two different types of rates.
A flexible rate that can be cancelled and modified up to the day of your arrival and a second one, certainly more advantageous, but which cannot be modified or cancelled.
Once again, thank you for your valued feedback and we hope to serve you again whenever your travels bring you back to Fontaine-le-Conte.
