Malgré cela, j'ai envoyé un mail à la direction de cet hôtel, qui ne m'a jamais répondu, mail doublé d'une relance quelques jours plus tard... Le débit, par contre, a bien été effectué!
Je n'attendais pas forcément un retour positif concernant ma requête mais une simple réponse, ce qui me semble le minimum notamment lorsque l'on exerce dans des professions comme l'hôtellerie. Cela est peut-être un signe de la considération portée par cet hôtel vis-à-vis de ses clients...
