In the butcher's shop of Carine and Mickael Gallet, you will find delicious Limousin meat selected with great delicacy from small producers in the Creuse and Limousin. All the sausages are made on site. Enjoy with spicy andouillettes, turkey legs with rosemary and lemon, cans with death trumpets, but also with homemade ham (without nitrite). On the catering side, Carine cooks. Every week, meat batches are available on site and on the website. All you have to do is come and get them.
