At the Relais de la Roche, chef Mathieu Devolder cooks with fresh, seasonal and mostly local produce to create generous dishes where sauces play a key role. On weekdays, enjoy a value-for-money menu, and at weekends, à la carte, more elaborate dishes: a fine piece of French meat, fish and veal from Aveyron and Ségala. For dessert, the chef always makes a fruit and chocolate proposal. Friday evenings feature burgers and pizzas! And when the weather's fine, enjoy the terrace.
