MAISON GAULT
Their totems: bees and earthworms. For three generations, in Latillé, in the farmhouse of the Château de la Chèze, the Gault family has cultivated a love of the land. Farmer - Beekeeper - Trader - Carpenter, the 4 brothers continue the work started by their grandparents in 1950. In charge of the transformation of the products and their distribution in short circuit, Hubert takes care with love of about thirty colonies of bees resulting from the hive bequeathed by his grandfather. He sells their summer and spring honey directly, as well as camelina and hemp oils, wheat, chickpea, corn and green lentil flours, and legumes (lentils and chickpeas).
