MOULIN À VENT DU GUÉ SAINTE MARIE
The Gué Sainte-Marie windmill has preserved its original operation since the century.
Discover the windmill of Gué Sainte-Marie, a mill with a revolving roof built in the 19th century. It is one of the last mills of the department to have preserved its original operation: millstones, hoppers, bluttery, gears, some of which are made of corm wood... After the Second World War, the roof and the wings had to be renovated. Today, the miller's house in traditional tufa stone, located not far from the mill, can also be visited.
