EMMAÜS BRIC À BRAC

Of the three Emmaüs addresses in and around Poitiers, this is by far the largest and most well-stocked. The bric-a-brac, as its name suggests, will enable you to find a bit of everything, even what you don't particularly need. The items on display are second-hand and mostly in good condition. As soon as you enter, on your left, you'll come to the arena of bike, garden and bathroom equipment... curtain rods pile up next to lots of spotless tiles. A little further on, the book room is home to a thousand and one tales! The large building at the far end is home to all kinds of furniture, new, old and even household appliances. It's not impossible to find an almost intact washing machine. You'll have to rummage around to find toy cars for the kids, a pretty picture frame for the living room, a light fixture for the bedroom... Upstairs, complete your mismatched crockery set or your vinyl collection... In three words: bargain, bargain and bargain!
