The chef Tony Sinople and his wife Sandrine are in charge of this hotel** with 10 rooms and the restaurant. The room is bright, modern and can accommodate a hundred covers. Everything is homemade and presented for starters and desserts in the form of buffets. Fresh and local products, French meat, the chef, master-restorer since 2017, pays particular attention to the provenance of his ingredients. The menu and dishes change every week.
