The 25 m high Nideck waterfall becomes a magical site in winter and also offers a walk accessible to families
The site can be reached from the parking lot opposite the Café de la Cascade du Nideck, on the Route du Nideck, or opposite the Maison forestière du Nideck on the D218. A path links the castle to the waterfall. The 25-metre-high waterfall cascades over a wall of porphyry rock. The walk is suitable for families. In summer, depending on the weather, the waterfall is less abundant, but you can still appreciate the cool, green setting. In winter, the site becomes magical. Bring good walking shoes, as the terrain can be slippery.
