LA FERME SAINT SYLVAIN

It is in the Saint-Sylvain Farm, on the banks of the Vienne River, on his 17 hectares of family land, lulled by the image of his grandmother's flower gardens, that Gilles Maupin cultivates organic medicinal plants. Peppermint, lemon thyme, lemon balm, bramble, hazelnut: more than 40 varieties with diverse and varied benefits are grown and transformed on the farm into traditional or compound herbal teas, macerates and organic capsules.
