L'ANGÉLUS
Their reputation is well established. In Montamisé, the buns and pastries of the Angelus have that divine touch that attracts the local gourmets. Maybe it's due to the good AOP Poitou-Charentes butter that Nathalie and Cédric Guignard have in their hearts to use to treat us. An advice, for the Epiphany, do not forget to reserve a brioche. As for bread, the baker offers large sourdough loaves and varies the flours: wheat, khorazan, corn, spelt... Also to be discovered: the Eclaireur, a flaky base on which you can place eclairs with multiple flavors (we didn't tell you it was light!). Psss: L'Angélus is present under the Halles Notre-Dame in Poitiers.
