In the heart of Montmorillon, this medieval house plunges its walls into the Gartempe River. Its name is a reference to the 17th century, when the Sénéchaussée (court of justice) was located here. The building has been completely renovated and is now ready to welcome groups and families. The staircase is the only remaining 17th-century feature. While the volumes have been preserved, a modern decor has been chosen. Quiet and comfortable, the seven bedrooms are both pleasant and spacious. Magnificent views over the garden and river make for a charming setting.
