In this one-stop shop brimming with ideas and activities for families, wellness practitioners have come together to offer zen moments just for you: tangram mediation, reiki, body and energy relaxation, the RENATA® method, pre- and postnatal massage by a doula, we're going to make you feel good! Group sophrology classes for those aged 55 and over, as well as yoga classes (Hatha Yoga) for all and seniors, are also offered every week. Take a CALM break from the daily grind!
