Right in the heart of Neuville-de-Poitou, in Julie Lembeye's beautiful home, five guest rooms and two gîtes with modern, colorful decor offer you a relaxing stay. Children will be delighted to frolic in the large park, while adults can lounge by the pool. Games and books are available. In the evenings, Julie gets down to the cooking and proposes a table d'hôtes in the "guinguette" area of the garden or indoors. She'll be delighted to point you in the right direction with local tips.

Lors de votre arrivée vous aurez droit à un accueil chaleureux dans cette belle demeure. Vous découvrirez des chambres décorées avec beaucoup de gout et Julie saura vous donnez de très bon conseil pour trouver un restaurant si sa cuisine est fermée. Au réveil, vous aurez droit au petit déjeuner copieux et savoureux dans une salle pleine de souvenirs ;-). Je vous conseille vraiment cette étape !!

Nous avons passé le Réveillon 2023 avec plaisir sûr ce domaine là Roseraie..le but était de profiter au maximum du parc Futuroscope à 10minutes en voiture. Chambre et petit déjeuner impeccable, la gentillesse du propriétaire vraiment apprécié. A refaire avec plaisir.
