GARDEN BLUES
A healthy mind in a healthy body. This is what drives Géraldine Bonnin, former high-level track and field athlete and manager of the Garden Blues for over 30 years. In this space of fitness, we propose to become aware of our body, of our breathing, to strengthen our posture, our deep muscles, our muscular tone and to optimize our flexibility through relaxation by practicing yoga, stretching, Pilate... Various activities around well-being are proposed: massage, tai chi, meditation, qi gong. You subscribe for a year and have access to the many slots in the schedule. Other activities are offered in the premises such as oriental dance or biodanza.
