1h ! 1h of sweat and effort combining weightlifting, gymnastics and cardio to tone your body and release a good dose of endorphins. That's the promise of CrossFit Poitiers. Warm-up, skill and wod: sure, it'll be tough! But after a few sessions, some even say it's addictive. Here, we work on functional movements performed at high intensity. The discipline's added bonus: the strength of the group that pushes you forward. there's a maximum of 12 members per session, who will happily join in and cheer you on.
