Cambodian restaurant with quality plates offering take-away food for a cultural and gustatory journey.
It is in Half Moon a Cambodian restaurant that we appreciate as much for its decoration, its welcome as for the quality of its plates. Those who are in a hurry will prefer a take-away dish to be chosen in the space dedicated to the starter. But if you have a little time, prefer the dining room. Here, no buffet. Ngim and Leang have imagined a cosy restaurant, with a neat decoration to make you discover their country: Cambodia. Beautiful pictures of the mysterious temples of Angkor buried under the vegetation, statuettes, vases, an altar... let's go for a cultural and gustatory journey. In the kitchen, Ngim mixes the flavors of traditional Khmer cuisine passed down from his mother. The products are seasonal and local. The dishes are fragrant and we can only advise you to try the bo bun, a must of the place. Don't forget to finish on chocolate egg rolls. You can also find Ngim's Bo bun at 1 allée de la Calypso in Saint-Benoît.
