A traditional Indian cuisine to taste in a very welcoming restaurant in Poitiers.

Poitiers is home to many monuments. But did you know that nestled between Notre-Dame church and Saint-Pierre cathedral is the palace of traditional Indian cuisine? The Taj Mahal is a very welcoming restaurant. Husband and wife team Indu and Jeya take great care of both the dining room and the kitchen. Their meats, fish and breads are spit-roasted in the tandoori oven. To discover Indian cuisine, choose from one of the menus on offer: vegetarian, Taj Mahal, gastronomic... Décevant même si c'est bon. Beaucoup trop cher
Service plutôt PARFAIT même si il peut devenir un CALVAIRE si vous vous retrouverez au millieu du restaurant. Les tables étant serrées, nous avons de grande jambes... Résultat : la serveuse qui souffle a chaque passage pour servir d'autre table... nous nous sentons gêner ????
C'était bon, nous avons aimé, par contre je trouve INADMISSIBLE de mettre le naan à part dès lors qu'on prend un menu. Et 4.50€ le CHEESE NAAN C'EST DE L'ARNAQUE.
Je n'y retournerai plus juste pour l'exagération des prix : de la farine un yaourt et 2 vaches qui rit 4.50€.... vraiment de l'ABUS.
