Jaïna cooks with fresh and organic products from family recipes that she brought back from Saint-Paul. Maxime supports her like a chef! Here, mixed race flavors and colorful dishes from Reunion Island dance the sega in our gurgling bellies. Vegetable achards, chili sweets, sausage rougail, carry, samoussas, bouchons... At your own risk, you can add chili pepper, olé! The menu changes every day with formulas (from Ti marmite to Gros marmite) or vacuum-packed catering dishes to take away. En revanche les prix sont quand même très élevées. Le carry de boeuf à 6,50 euros les 100 gr, on arrive donc à 10 euros la portion de 150 gr (juste la viande)...Je sais bien qu'il s'agit de la viande bio, mais pour le carry c'est la partie de boeuf qui sert au boeuf bourguignon (partie pas la plus noble)...On arrive donc à 65 euros le kilo....Dommage j'irais plus souvent sinon.
