This is a very original place. In the brand new San Eloi area, the Kyoto High School Restaurant offers you a service not like the others: it is the students in the hotel-restaurant and catering sector that receive you. Very chic and professional, the reception is thought of as a millimetre and is extremely well served. With a sometimes hesitant voice, young apprentices sing the menus of the day (Concerto/Les Gammes according to your budget and the level of the service class) and are attentive to your expectations or comments. The contents of the plate, the presentation is charming and the quantity equals the quality: there is nothing wrong. The tables are very popular and we advise you to book in advance, especially if you wish to dine on a Thursday or Friday evening. For educational reasons, the services are at 12 pm and 19 pm. Be on time!

mais avons été très agréablement surprises :
Foie gras poêlé pain d'épices et tatin au miel chutney abricots secs prévu initialement
à la place nous avons eu une nage de des St jacques excellentes
ensuite le magret Magret de canard a été remplacé par un pavé de boeuf très très tendre aux baies rouges et épices douces et son Gratin dauphinois, fine duxelle de champignons vraiment délicieux !
Mousse caramel-chocolat comme une bûche prévue au dessert était à tomber !
