He's set up shop in the Halles Notre-Dame, cooking up 100% organic, seasonal, homemade food. He has set himself a challenge: to prove those who say that eating without meat is sad and bland wrong. And it works! The cuisine is creative, inventive and colorful, and the tastes are surprising. Everyone loves it! There are also hot and cold drinks, pastries for snacks and, on Saturdays, a vegan brunch.
