Two former financial executives decided to mount their crêpes a few years ago, and here is one of their newly arrived satellites in Poitiers, on the Island of Cordeliers. All the way to the right of the rue des Grands Schools, walk shows itself and feels like it! If you're gaufres, you'll find what you're looking for. On noon or to taste, various formulas salted and sweet, ice cream and Breton products are available to you. The flour used for the preparation of black wheat patties comes from a mill of Brittany and is guaranteed without gluten or pesticides.
