Fries are the specialty of this foodtruck, which also serves up a number of Belgian specialties, including burgers.
It's got fries, and not just any fries! Belgian bintje is cooked in two baths of beef fat to make it soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside, mmmh! And to accompany it: mayo, pepper, aioli, samurai or its best-selling sweet and sour Hannibal, it's hard to choose... With his trucks decked out in the colors of the flat country, Frédéric Brousse introduces visitors to Belgian specialties. Because if FB stands for Frite Belge, it also stands for Frite Burger. Let yourself be tempted by the Ch'ti au maroilles or by some of our specialties. Fricadelle, poulycroc and mitraillette are also on the menu. Four foodtrucks criss-cross the département, one of which is sure to be near you!
