GALSAU
In his pretty foodtruck, David Vincent welcomes you with a smile. A former salesman in the traditional toy industry, he was inspired to set up his own catering business. Today, he's putting the spotlight on galette saucisse, or "galsau" for short. His aim is to introduce Poitevins to this famous Breton hot dog. The buckwheat galette is prepared with a local milling of organic buckwheat flour. Inside, of course, you'll find artisanal pork sausage enhanced with fresh, local produce. Goat's cheese, egg, tomme... can be added to the galette for a complete version. Simple, effective and good!
