In one of the Republic Corner stands, Virgile, Maxime and Guillaume sharpen their blades to the delight of gourmets. Here, you'll enjoy tapas and sandwiches from around the world. Lebanese and Creole platters, kebabs, burritos, bao, baggles... street food standards to be snatched up and shared (or not) on the boards of this team of fine cooks. Here, only seasonal vegetables are used, local produce is the mainstay, and the menu evolves according to the chefs' inspirations. Prefous, roast camembert, chicken wings... everything is well cooked. Every day, at lunchtime, a dish of the day is offered. A guaranteed delight.

BARATAPA is one of the stands in the Republic Corner food court. This small restaurant offers delicious appetizers to share during the evening. The menu offers croquetas, hummus, prefou, roasted camembert and chicken wings. As an accompaniment, nothing better than a good beer or a cocktail. Every lunchtime, a daily menu is offered at the restaurant. In the kitchen, the brigade uses seasonal vegetables in the preparation of tapas, snacks and dishes.
