Residence very popular with students to spend a good stay in Poitiers.
The Lamartine residence is very clever for those who do with a small budget and do not have a personal vehicle. This accommodation is close to the train station, minutes from the city centre, minutes from the campus in public transport and in addition to this, there is a bus stop right in front of the residence. This residence is very popular with students, because everything is done to receive them. The smallest studios are about 20 square metres and can accommodate two or three people. All rooms are equipped with a kitchenette, TV, desk corner and a small lounge. Many services (often pay) are offered. So, good stay for students of passage, but also for professionals traveling to Poitiers for business.

Le seul détail que je n'ai pas aimé, c'est le fait qu'il n'y avait pas de climatisation dans la chambre.
On a reçu à l’avance les instructions pour le parking et la chambre car on arrivait hors ouverture : très bien.
On est près de la gare mais c’est très calme.
Le petit déjeuner est toutefois excessif.
