Chambre agréable, propre. Mobilier de qualité.
Mais ce qui fait la différence, c’est la personne présente chaque matin au petit déjeuner, d’une gentillesse incroyable et qui a toujours été au petits soins à chacun de mes passages à l’hôtel.
Arrivé à la réception, elle a été encore plus désagréable qu’au téléphone.
Comment un hôtel 4* peut s’autoriser à confier l’accueil de ses clients à une employée aussi peu professionnelle ???
