Municipal building managed by the animation center of the Couronneries, this space in the angular name has a show hall where performances of the year end are recorded and where open scenes are held where the people of the neighborhood are invited to do their show: Theater, tap, concerts… The hall also hosts citizens' tips and press conferences with the mayor. A digital public space also offers collective or individual initiations to the computer tool and free access to computers. Finally, the Project House invites people to formulate ideas about urban renewal in the neighborhood.
