Why see the empty glass when you can drink it full? When Antoine Sauvignon selects a bottle, it is hot! In his small cellar at the very end of Magenta Street, on his shelves made in the Fablab of the Ligugé Factories, he honours artisanal, organic wines made from a vinification without inputs. His past professional experiences have opened doors for him to offer wines that are difficult to find elsewhere. Remember to book to enjoy the wine bar, only 14 places are available. He regularly invites winegrowers for tastings. Sheets of local products accompany your cannon!
