CARIBOU CAFÉ
The Caribou, Canadian land enclave in Pictave land, has grown into the poitevin landscape. The boss traveled to Canada and it's seen! The bar has a cabin, all the wood is dressed and the walls are decorated with various elements reported from its peanuts: snowshoes to brave the snow which, when it falls there doesn't fake, old skis, postcard-type photos of snow-covered streets and an entire inventory to Jacques Prévert. In Canada, it's cold, so we can't stay out more than ten minutes hoping to keep her ears! It was therefore necessary to create warm interiors where time was spent. The Caribou is an exception: It is good and the atmosphere is warm. There is only a fireplace and a few beams that creep. Beverages are in harmony with decoration: Quebec beers and everything we want with maple-maple maple, maple milk, grog… Succombez to the charms of the bar and à la carte since the Caribou also serves as restaurant and on-site pubs or takeover. The dishes are rich. Maple salad and Surf and Turf (sea floor) are the essential. A relaxing food, an atypical place where you will spend a good time feeling like being, the time of a beer-barn pressure, in a trappers' lad. It's really fun in the caribou, taboo!
