We have a special affection for this residence located at the bottom of the city center, near the Jardin des Plantes, the I.A.E. and the Conservatory of Music. Its surroundings are pleasant and quiet, in an environment of trees and turf maintained, not counting the immense parking (accessible with a badge) that surrounds it in the unstructured way that makes its charm. Recently renovated both inside and outside, the residence has 93 apartments on 4 levels (91 T 1 bis from 26 to 32 m ² and 2 T 3 of 75 m ²). Furnished and equipped with kitchenettes, some apartments have loggia or balcony. A central place where it is good to live in CROUS's "twinning". Practice!
