The ESCs are intended for persons covered by the general scheme. They were created in 1945 and there are not that many in France, so they should take advantage of the fact that they offer a series of free preventive examinations (very useful for people who are vulnerable or far from the health system) entirely covered by the Social Security. For about 2 hours, after medical modulation operated on by a general practitioner, you go around in white coats (biological and paramedical examinations). A report will be made to you during a second appointment and a follow-up can take place in one of the 4 therapeutic education workshops, if necessary.
