Insersud is a social welfare association with a capacity of 52 people. It offers 3 work integration projects to Poitiers residents, long-term job seekers and/or RSA beneficiaries in the fields of laundry/couture, green spaces and small home maintenance. 24-month CDDIs are available to help people who are far from employment get back on their feet. In addition, socio-professional coaches work on the employees' professional project with a view to a stable return to work or training. A room is here at the disposal of the inhabitants of the district for any festive or other event.
