SMOKED HOTEL
A private mansion with a flamboyant Gothic façade, housing the administration of the Faculty of Humanities and Arts.
This urban castle belonged in 1474 to the mayor Pierre Fumé who occupied the backyard. His son François, in 1514, built a flamboyant gothic style façade on the street (former Roman Cardo ) finished with admirable dormer windows to show his power. The communication between the two buildings is assured by a corbelled balcony, a gallery with twisted columns and a stair turret. This mansion now houses the administration of the Faculty of Humanities and Arts, whose main entrance is next door.
