MEADOW PARK
Park with various species in Poitiers, with picnic tables, playground for children and castle on site.
Since the Ancien Régime, this private domain of 5 hectares, belonged to the Pingault family. In the heart of a hilly area, planted with various species, some of which are two hundred years old (oaks, plane trees, sequoias...), you will find the Prés-Mignons castle that the family had built to host parties. The city of Poitiers bought this space in 1984. Leave the Avenue de la Libération and the main roads and go breathe, south of the city, in this charming park too often forgotten by those who are not local residents. Picnic tables and a playground for children are at your disposal. And if kept on a leash, your canine shadow can even accompany you.
