LE BLOC
Boîte brutaliste in Poitiers, an atypical, underground and alternative place, favourable to experimentation and artistic creation
When entering for the first time this big concrete block, the artist Bruno Deshoullières, better known under the pseudo of Brno Del Zou, immediately projected himself in this brutalist box in the heart of the Rivaud district. The 300 m² and the 5 m high ceiling of the Bloc, make it an atypical, underground and alternative place, favourable to experimentation and artistic creation. Disciplines intersect and give rise to performances and exhibitions throughout the year. Video, dance, music, photography... the arts and people mingle. So welcome to the Bloc, a place whose massive architecture contrasts with installations conducive to reverie.
