LE MOULIN À CAFÉ
It is a very old house opened since 1981. The managing owner, Didier Guillon, can be proud to be the only one in Poitiers to roast the green coffee he receives in large jute bags from Ethiopia, Guatemala or Indonesia. Masonry directly in the shop, kinds of coffees are sold to gourmets: the Royal Mix, Moka Sidamo, the essential Cappuccino, and so many others… In addition, 150 types of teas, India, China, Ceylon… occupy the ground here. Thus, indulge in with a Night in Kathmandu or a Heavenly Yunnan. Because in these places, either you buy and take in the small bag, or you eat on the spot in the shop part of the store, in South American decoration, go through the red panelling and chairs and the exotic smell that floats permanently. Will you let yourself be tempted by a café Café, a Turkish coffee, for example? Unless you prefer a Massala tea? what we call cocktails here. Finally, the shop is diversifying by the sale of equipment: Italian coffee makers, coffee makers Bodum, grain robots, but also crockery: mugs, teapots, Japanese knives… or finally fine grocery stores: oil, vinegar, quenelle…, champagne even!
