An institution in Poitiers. One of three Coquemas bakery outlets, along with La Musardise in the La Gibauderie district and Pain Délices in Les Couronneries. Its top-quality breads and viennoiseries are made with local products: flour from L'Isle-Jourdain and Surgères AOC butter. Its expertise is the result of three generations of passionate bakers. The house specialties? The sablette, of course, a country baguette made with rye, the broyé du Poitou, the almond macaroon, and the succulent fruit tarts. You'll also be delighted by its quality snack products. For special events: think of their pièces montées.
