LES PASSANTS
They all dreamed of another life. Valentin, Maximilien, Malo and Florence found themselves around the love of good bread, the need to create. Together, they became partners in a cooperative and invested in this bakery, in the heart of Poitiers. In their "gueulard" oven, the oldest wood-fired oven in the city, dating back to the beginning of the 20th century, they bake one batch a day of this good sourdough bread. Made with organic flour from the Chassagne farm in Ruffec, the breads with seeds, nuts, hazelnuts, figs and raisins, small spelt and country breads can be kept to delight you all week long. For your breakfasts, they also make delicious brioches... Yummy!
