BOULANGERIE CARLIER
After opening his first store in Poitiers, Paul Carlier moved to Chauvigny. In this artisan bakery-pastry shop, everything is homemade. Quality is the priority. The master pastry chef favors local producers whenever possible: for flour, strawberries, milk and eggs. He also works his recipes with less sugar and butter to preserve the natural taste and authentic aromas of the products. Some would say they make the best viennoiseries in Poitiers! Nothing less! But it's true that their products leave no one indifferent: they're beautiful, they're good, and they're finger-licking good!
