LA GRANGE À PAIN
It is in a beautiful half-timbered house overlooking the Notre-Dame church that José Rafael has been kneading dough for 20 years to the great satisfaction of our taste buds. You will find at his place, viennoiseries with Charentes-Poitou PDO butter, bread and baguettes, sandwiches, savoury pies, pastries, chocolates... One of his specialties: madeleines with a dark or milk chocolate shell, with raspberry chips... Mmmmh, a delight! Crack for their cannelés or their financiers, leave with a fougasse or an assortment of macaroons, opt for a few cubes of homemade marshmallow or a muffin for the afternoon snack... But also galettes in February, bugnes in March, entremets in December... what will you taste?
