GNAMA
Gnama first made a name for itself on the markets by offering West Indian aperitifs. Samoussas well spiced with beef, vegetables, codfish accras, egg rolls, shrimp fritters have delighted more than one. Today, she has put her suitcases down on rue du Moulin à vent in a small colourful shop where she welcomes us with a smile! She serves there, on sale to take away, a concept of extremely copious bowls containing a base of rice or attiéké (manioc semolina), a meat or fish, and a mafé sauce, yassa, coconut curry, reminiscent of the flavours of West Africa or the West Indies. Don't miss its homemade fruit juices. Ginger, bissap and the amazing baobab are a delight!
