ISHTAR
On the market, the red and yellow truck awaits you. On it, the Ishtar door and its lapis-lazuli coloured enamelled bricks evoke the golden age of the city of Babylon. Arrived in France in 2009, this family brought with them the flavours of Iraq and the Middle East where we enjoy spices (not too strong for our palates). In front of you, they make bread that they garnish with falafels (100% chickpeas), marinated or minced meats. Oh and there are also the Lebanese kabbas so perfumed, the sambousseks, cheese or meat turnovers and then the salads (tabbouleh, hummus or the Iraqi one with its pomegranate sauce), without forgetting the biryani, a delightful dish made with rice.
