MAISON NORMAND
There has been a butcher's shop at this address since 1890. Edouard Normand, who comes from a line of dedicated and knowledgeable butchers (7th generation), took over the store in May 2016. He is a slaughtering butcher. They offer meats from animals selected on the hoof by his breeder friends. Favoring short circuits, he sources cows, pigs, calves and lambs. You'll appreciate this artisan's exceptional product quality and expert advice. As for charcuterie, his pâté marmite is a delight, and his delicatessen section is well-stocked. And if you're a fan of gratin dauphinois, stuffed tomatoes and potatoes, don't be put off! You've been warned!
